Datasensing: Datalogic merges sensor division with acquired M.D. Micro Detectors

Following the acquisition of Micro Detectors S.p.A. the Italian Manufacturer of Industrial Sensors announced on March 1st, we are pleased to inform you about the creation of a new company as a result of the business combination & integration between Datalogic S.r.l. (“Datalogic”) Sensor & Safety and Machine Vision and M.D. Micro Detectors S.p.A. (“MD”). We are proud to mark this new chapter in our history by adopting the new corporate name of Datasensing starting January 1st, 2022 a new company belong to Datalogic Group. As of January 1, 2022, sensors of various technologies, optoelectronic solutions for machine and plant safety, automated vehicle guidance, and machine vision will then be bundled.
